Dr. Vandana Kumari

Dear Students,
At the heart of every great institution is visionary leadership, and at BITT Polytechnic, that vision is guided by Dr. Vandana Kumari, a passionate educationist dedicated to transforming technical education in Jharkhand.

With a deep commitment to empowering youth through skill-based learning and industry-relevant education, Dr. Kumari has played a pivotal role in establishing BITT as one of the best private polytechnic colleges in Jharkhand. Under her leadership, the institution continues to grow as a hub of innovation, discipline, and opportunity for students across the state and beyond.

Her belief is simple yet powerful — education must go beyond books. It must shape character, sharpen minds, and nurture responsible citizens. At BITT, she ensures every student receives not only academic knowledge but also the moral values and practical experience necessary to thrive in the professional world.

With modern infrastructure, experienced faculty, and a student-first approach, Dr. Kumari’s leadership is paving the way for BITT Polytechnic to remain at the forefront of engineering polytechnic education in Ranchi and Jharkhand.

“We are not just building careers; we are shaping futures. At BITT Polytechnic, every student matters.”

Best Wishes
