Dr. Kumar Saurav is Prinicipal in BITT providing engineering experience to the educational program. His background includes work as a polytechnic principal, as an Researcher. His teaching interlaces his experience with the commercialization and applications of Electronics and technologies.. He has authored 7+ technical papers on a wide range of activities in electronics, including education, innovation management, the sustainability of materials, nanomaterials, He joined BITT as a Principal from the faculty at SRMU Lucknow. He has done M.Tech, Ph.D from the IIT (BHU). His teaching and research are in the nano electronics of semiconductors and electronic and photonic devices based on quantized semiconductor structures (e.g. Nitrides, Oxides, 2D Materials), Energy materials and their heterostructures with superconductors,ferroelectrics and magnets, with device applications in energy-efficient transistors, light-emitting diodes and RF and power electronics and quantum computation and communications, Advanced Electrical and Electronics Materials.
